Shipping & Returns

Delivery charges are not included and will be communicated once we have received a quotation from our couriers.

All items purchased from Beloved Interiors are wrapped in appropriate packing materials to ensure safe arrival of your purchase. If you require gift-wrapping please ensure that you request it.

If you wish to return an item to Beloved Interiors please notify us in writing within 3 days of receiving your goods, quoting your full name, shipping address and reason for your request to return the goods.
We will only accept the return of an item if it is in its original condition and has its original ticket and packaging in place and proof of purchase/payment receipt can be presented.
Returned items found not in original condition and without original packing, ticketing and proof of purchase/payment receipt in place will be returned to the customer and no refund will be granted.

Please note, your right to return products does not apply to personalised items or those made to your specifications unless faulty.

We must receive all returns no later than 14 days after your purchase date.

Once we have received your returned goods we will notify you in writing and advise you of your refund entitlement.

Please note we are unable to credit the original shipping costs unless the item was found to be faulty or was incorrectly sent.

The cost of returning the item to us will be at the expense of the customer, unless the item was found to be faulty or was incorrectly sent. If the item is found to be faulty or wrong we will require evidence by way of a photo of the product emailed to us before a refund or exchange is arranged.

We reserve the right to charge a 10% handling fee on products returned.
